Their food is a culinary style originating in Punjab, a region in the northern part of South Asia, which is now divided into an Indian part to the east and a Pakistani part to the west. Their vision is to share the culture’s flavours so everyone can experience authentic Punjabi food. Head chef and owner, Sanjeev Kaushal, has carried this vision for over 17 years. After 11 of his restaurants were forced to close during the global financial crisis, it once seemed that this dream had come to an end. Yet, years later, his vision remains very much alive as he returns to the culinary world—hungrier than ever for his comeback.
